Are you looking for a conference room, are you planning a course or do you want to surprise your staff with recreational activities? Uddeholms Hotel offers you the helping hand.
Conference facilities of the hotel
The hotel has four conference / course rooms suitable from 12 up to 40 persons that are equipped with all necessary equipment for your meetings. In all the buildings you have wireless internet. Available for a fee: beamer (including screen), TV with VCR or DVD player.
On the first floor of the main building is a large conference room for about 45 people in school- or 30 people in U-session. The two smaller rooms can accommodate about 15 people. In the basement is a room for about 30 people.
On the second floor of the northern hotel annex is a large multifunctional room with a maximum of 40 persons. This room has its own pantry.
Courses
Especially our large multifunctional room in the northern hotel building is a very suitable place to give courses of all different kinds. Provided with all the comforts you expect when giving courses, this place is very appropriate for groups from 20 up to 40 persons. The room has its own pantry/kitchen.
For your “more days” conference or course we offer you overnight stays in comfortable single or twin rooms. The restaurant can provide with lunches and dinners.
Conference and course arrangements
There’s also the possibility of combinations with one of the activities we provide, e.g. a conference/golf arrangement in cooperation with Uddeholms GK or a conference/activitities arrangement with a canoe tour, dressing or one of the other outdoor activities.
For a complete package, you are also at the right address: including (if needed) transport, hotel rooms, all meals, conference room and activities.
Packages we can offer are for instance:
• A conference/golf package in cooperation with Uddeholms golf club
• A conference/activity arrangement with f.i. a canoe or bike trip.
