Uddeholms hotel is situated in the beautiful village of Uddeholm (locally known as the Golden Shore) on the banks of lake Råda. Uddeholms history dates back to the 17th century; in Stjärnfors museum nearby you can find the tracks of it. In the vicinity you can participate in many sports, enjoy a musical festival or visit a museum or other places of interest. The hotel ground, which spans over more than 22 acres, invites you to take an exploring and refreshing walk. On the spacious porch on the backside of the hotel you can overview the lake, whilst you enjoy something to drink or eat.
If you like to have an active holiday, the hotel offers you several possibilities, such as tennis, cycling, a mountain bike or canoe trip in the surroundings. At the reception you can rent bicycles, inline skates, canoes and windsurf boards. For the true nature lover, we have developed a three days canoe package. In addition, we offer a number of guided summer and winter activities.
